The property is located in the northeast corner of the intersection of Reston Parkway and Center Harbor Road, diagonally across from the North Point Village Center. The Applicant proposes redevelopment of the Property with multi-family and single-family attached residential units under the site-specific Comprehensive Plan guidance for the Property.
