Project Location: South of the Dulles Toll Road, north and West of Sunrise Valley Drive and east of Reston Parkway

Project Description: An amendment to a previously approved PRC Plan (PRC-B-846) in which the amended plan makes no changes to the intensity factors, but provides a modified site layout and reduced building heights

Notes: Discussion at the meeting in which the  vote occurred centered on a pedestrian connection from the proposed development area to the Reston Parkway/Dulles Toll Road off-ramp intersection; reconfiguration of the Reston Parkway/Dulles T011 Road off-ramp intersection traffic signal to allow for a pedestrian crossing; urban design principles; and parking garage façade treatments along Reston Parkway.
